Prior to departure

• Once you complete all your exams, you have to contact the Erasmus Desk: erasmusdesk-presnovoli(AT)unifi.it
• Send them a list of all the exams you have taken with grade, credits and name of professor. 
• Once the Erasmus Desk checks that everything is in order they will send the transcript of records directly to your home institution.

Please note that the end date of your Erasmus is the date of your last exam, passed or not.

If no exam was taken, we consider the last day of the classes of the semester as your mobility's end date.

 

• Make sure to hand in all your library books before you leave Florence. If you forget to do this, you will receive a fine.
